  3. I hate that my left hand wont open from a car accident years ago cuz it's difficult to do diamond pushup and close grip bench presses. I know there's other exercise I can do to work my inner chest but I used to love doing push ups before my accident…. yadda yadda yadda I'm done talking now lol. Great video!

  7. If you don't mind me asking, why are you skipping the eccentric portion of the fly and just letting your arm snap back with no control? While it may increase a bit of soreness, controlled eccentrics can do a lot to build strength and hypertrophy.
