  4. Got a few points to make, as there's a lot of bropinions going on here:
    40kg weighted dips/pullups is too much IMO for this competition. Why not just make it 40 reps of each to play more equally towards the calisthenics guy's strengths and balance it out?
    Both are clearly very good in their given fields
    This is a lesson for the loser in humility – All he did was make the winner look like an absolute champ and himself a chump

  5. Good sportmanship for both guy, but the power lifter has a more advantage cause the game is more on lifting weights. I suggest the part two of this competition but the game is triathlon to e fair for both guys.

  6. Callisthenics and powerlifting weightlifting all have a good place in your training regime combine you'll make badass gains!!

    CMIW.
    When I weigh 82kgs, I'm stronger. My muscles can do workout with more weighs.
    When I weigh 74kgs, I'm not stronger as 82kgs.

  9. The pull-ups and dips with a very small amount of weight added is supposed to represent cat athletics and the bench press and squats are supposed to represent wait lifting. Tah dah 😙

  10. Both of these athletes are awesome and I would be happy with either ones abilities. Great show, and display of power and sportmanship.

  12. Was anyone else waiting to see the Powerlifter do the Cal/Street Workout? That would've been a nice variation as well to show the importance of both styles. Both are equally difficult and needed in total body health.

  13. Let’s see these two in a sparring match. My money is on the African American calisthenics guy. Why? Because the superior knowledge of body position and balance will blow away raw power that is gained from working with weights only. I think both athletes can learn from each other. I hope the calisthenics guy did not blow out a rotator cuff, he was grabbing his shoulder. My question is this as well: who has better sustainability in training? The guy who needs a gym and weights, or the guy who can go to any park and find his gym ready and waiting for him…. completely free!

  14. Exercise should be fun but not torment. A lot of muscle got torn in so many different places. Love your body and respect it. You only get one life.😉

  15. Stupid competition. Let's take two strength athletes and have them do a cardio-crossfit-frankenstien workout. Wtf?! They were both gassed after the bench press. Didn't demonstrate anything.

  19. Completely favored the lifter….like why weighted pull-ups?! 20 clean hollow-body pull-ups should have been a test. Also…Muscle-ups…I bet the lifter can’t even do one. Lifts are easy, anyone can perform, though it is a challenge to lift super heavy

  20. Dope vid by the way…..If they did calisthenics the calisthenic guy would win. This is fun and entertaining but pointless. It doesn’t prove who’s stronger but only stronger in a respective field. If they did body pushups and dips and pull ups the other guy would of smoked him. He’s body is conditioned for that. It’s kind of like the fastest sprinter vs the fastest long distance. Both are fast but one needs more stamina than another. Or who’s a better fighter top boxer vs top kick boxer. Top wrestler vs top BJJ. It all depends on the rules. And I think this competition showed it.

  21. The black man did street workout only to his body fit , not to lift more weight , this is why street bar workout man can't lift more weight. If u go other friend (white man) he also can not do the same of that black man doing on bar rod.

  22. Not exactly a fair competition, the weight-lifter was in his own element. I think also it might have made a bit of a difference if the calisthenics guy went at his own pace from the start. I think he went too fast for himself.

  23. This guy was clearly stronger, why complain about it if both of them knew what this competition is about and should expect that there will be weights to lift, its not calisthenics wars or stamina wars but strenght wars ffs

  27. In my opinion, you should be strong on all compound movements while being able to manipulate your own body weight. To get good in one you have to sacrifice the other to an extent, so you should meet somewhere in the middle. The power lifter was more like what I just described. The calisthenics dude could manipulate his body weight and that’s it.

  28. Bertrand did bench press very narrow AND that exhausted him. You can see with that that he doesn't lift weights
